My first goal would be to eat an apple--by the end of the month. Then again, its because I love apples. Must be nice to enjoy sandwiches and softer fruit again after 6 weeks.
By the way that french toast looked quite good!
Also, I'm moving nicely through the cog book. Currently I'm on chapter 6. At this rate I expect to be done in a week or so. Also, did you know his power point slides are all online? I thought there might be some online tests I could take to validate that I am learning (which indeed I am) and he has powerpoints up.
Well in any case, congrats! Glad to see your fully healed!
